Ing. Kennedy K.D. Dogbey

Ing. Surv. Kennedy K.D Dogbey is a commonwealth scholar who had his first degree in Geodetic Engineering and Masters degree in information Technology from KNUST and Sikkim Manipal... University respectively. He also had a technical training in the application of modern terrestrial laser scanning with the CYRAX 2500 and CYCLONE software for modeling as well as collection of data with precise leica GNSS and subsequent evaluation and adjustment at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany. He has worked successfully on several engineering and survey projects requiring high standards such as the DFID’s steel bridge construction project and the EU community water projects. He has over 20 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Geomappers Engineering Limited, he was the Head of the survey and GIS Department of G.O.P.D.C, a subsidiary of the SIATGroup of companies ( a multinational company founded in Belgium) Kennedy is a professional member in good standings with the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and a corporate member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE). He won the GhIS’ best professional surveyor trainee of the Land surveying division for academic excellence and practical task in the year 2011 (Albert Kwaku Amoo’s award).
He is LICENSED with License Number 381 under the provision of Survey Act, 1962 (Act 127) and the Lands Commission Act, 2008

He has served as the Chief Surveyor and consulting geodetic engineer on major road construction projects within Ghana and Internationally. He is consulted by multinational firms in the construction industry, such as Michelleti Ghana Ltd. to carry out Survey Audits prior to implementation of their projects.

Surv. JOHN AYER

Surv. John Ayer has over 30 years of professional experience in Land surveying and Geographic Information System applications in diverse fields.... Engineering from KNUST. He obtained his Masters degree from University College of London, UK in Geodetic & Geographic Information Science. He worked with the survey Department for 13 years and also lectured for 11 years at the Geomatics Department of school of Engineering, KNUST, where he has done several research works and has successfully come out with Projections/Transformation parameters for the Ghana coordinate System to UTM WGS84 and Geographical coordinates and vice versa. He was a member of the governing council of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors for two consecutive terms.

MUSAH HARUNA

He was one of the survey team leaders for the West Africa power pool project and made a positive impact on the success of that project. He has worked on divers engineering projects with high accuracy standards and demanding project deadlines.

Mawuli Avemegah

Mr. Mawuli Avemegah is a highly skilled graduate with fifteen years of combined project management, banking and geo- informatics experience and has the ability to... drive operations and technology systems by planning, coordinating and monitoring their components to achieve organizational goals. He obtained his first degree from KNUST in Geodetic Engineering and MBA in strategic and Project Management from Paris graduate School of management. He worked with Grontmij Aerosat Surveys Ltd for four years and worked on photogrammetry and aerial surveys. He played key role in the Ghana Urban 5 mapping project that mapped 25 towns using analytical and digital photogrammetric workstations. He is very good in using Microstation software for screening digital maps for errors and corrections and the use of Usmart and Bingo software for aerial triangulation measurements and least square adjustment of photogrammetric blocks respectively. Before joining Geomappers Engineering Limited, he worked with Absa Bank at the head office in Accra on several projects.

He has played leadership roles in key projects involving Road inventory and condition survey, setting out of geometric alignments and estimation of earthwork quantities whiles with the Urban Roads.
